Aypa Power develops, owns, and operates utility-scale energy storage and hybrid renewable energy projects that assist in the decarbonization of our grid. As an independent power producer, our company was founded with the purpose of reducing our reliance on fossil fuels. We are making a positive impact in the fight against climate change, while improving grid reliability.
Aypa has been at the forefront of energy storage development since our first energy storage project came online in 2018. As a leader in our industry, we now have over 22 GW of utility-scale energy storage and hybrid renewable energy projects in development, and 33 projects in operation or construction across North America.
Our customers are our partners, and include utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, and corporates. We work closely to design projects that meet their needs, and use industry-leading transmission and interconnection analytics to ensure optimization. Our deep expertise and knowledge allow us to create these customized products and solutions — enabling us to accelerate the energy transition.
